Every eligible purchase made through a partner retailer adds to your personal balance. You track it directly in the app, purchase after purchase.
Cashback validation times depend on each partner retailer's own return policy: the time it takes for a purchase to be definitively confirmed and not returned. Exact terms for getting your cashback back will be shared with each offer, ahead of launch.
If a purchase seems to be missing, reaching out to the PayHope team will let us look into your case. That's also one of the goals of the testing phase before launch.

PayHope never asks for your banking credentials to work: cashback relies on tracking your purchase with the partner retailer, not on access to your account. Your cashback belongs to you and stays withdrawable, regardless of your contribution to a charitable theme.
