A benefit that may qualify under French social-contribution exemptions
In 2026, employee gifts and vouchers may qualify for exemption from social contributions, subject to conditions. The annual reference threshold is €200 per employee. Above that threshold, certain events, including Christmas, may still qualify when the conditions set by URSSAF are met.
