1. Who are we?

The website payhope.fr is published by Victoria KACOU, at 9 rue Gabriel Péri, 94380 Bonneuil-sur-Marne, France. For any question regarding your personal data, you can contact us at contact@payhope.fr.

The PayHope project is currently being structured legally as a SASU ESS (a French social-purpose company form). This policy will be updated once incorporation is complete.

2. What data do we collect?

We only collect personal data when you provide it to us voluntarily, through:

• The "Waitlist" form: first name, last name, email address
• The "Contact" form: first name, email address, message
• Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (if you accept cookies): anonymized browsing data (pages visited, time on site, traffic source, and for Clarity, session recordings and usage heatmaps)

3. Why do we collect this data?

No data is used for unsolicited commercial prospecting, nor resold to third parties.

• Waitlist: to inform you of PayHope's launch and, if you indicated so, to contact you about becoming a tester
• Contact form: to reply to your message
• Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity: to understand site traffic and usage in order to improve it

4. Where is your data stored?

Form data is stored in a Google Sheets spreadsheet, accessible only by Victoria KACOU. The site is hosted by Hostinger. Analytics data (if accepted) is processed by Google (Google Analytics) and Microsoft (Clarity).

5. How long do we keep your data?

• Waitlist: until the product launch, then a maximum of 12 months unless you request earlier deletion
• Contact messages: a maximum of 12 months
• Google Analytics cookies: per Google's standard duration (maximum 13 months)
• Microsoft Clarity cookies: per Microsoft's standard duration (maximum 13 months)

6. Cookies

This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) and Microsoft Clarity to measure traffic and understand how it's used. These tools only set cookies if you give your consent via the banner shown on your first visit. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's cookies.

No cookie is set by the waitlist or contact forms: they work regardless of your cookie consent choice.

7. Your rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, delete, and object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@payhope.fr. We commit to responding within one month at most.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), the French data protection authority, if you believe your rights are not being respected.

8. Security

We implement reasonable measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, in particular by limiting access to the Google Sheets spreadsheet to the site's sole administrator.
